About a year ago we added an entire new category to our store featuring full photo bookmarks and prayer cards (“photo scenes” as we call them), which provide a striking backdrop that can be used for just about any occasion. For example, the same “sunset” photo works beautifully as the background for a memorial bookmark but also works well for bookmark favors for a destination wedding taking place at a beach or retirement keepsakes (you know, the “Sail into the Sunset” theme).

Our catalog features some very popular photo ideas for backdrops for a variety of occasions, but you can also easily create your own photo bookmarks right online. Shown from actual customer orders above, the Horizon photo scene design was selected for memorial bookmarks and the Tropical Beach design was chosen for family reunion keepsakes.
On the right, these customers opted for custom full photo bookmarks. The starfish photo was provided by the customer. On the extreme right, the horse photo was provided by the customer, but we added the meadow photo which fit the text (a poem provided by the customer) just perfectly.

With family reunion season beginning and our ever-popular Family Tree design a top choice of customers, we decided to add a new design to our catalog: Family Tree II.
This bookmark design is available in 3 sizes, with or without tassels, or as prayer cards.
The family tree quote featured on our original Family Tree design comes already printed on the front. We’ll personalize the large “apple heart” on the front with your family surname.
Since printing on the back is included in the price, we can print your family reunion info along with any other text you’d like. Some ideas include scripture passages, honoring deceased members of the family, or listing the names of those present at the reunion.

Keepsakes for a family winter get-away

A family's custom-created keepsake bookmark for their annual winter getaway.
Each year this customer heads to Aruba for a family reunion style winter getaway. We designed their keepsake bookmarks using photos the customer sent us — an enlargement of the beach scene for the front, and single photos from last year’s getaway on the back. The fronts were personalized individually for each family member.
As I look out the window at our snow-covered suburban street, I can just picture them lounging on the beach, books in hand, with our custom-created bookmark marking the page they last read before taking a dip in the cool waters.
