Bookmarks are the perfect favor choice for a Build-A-Library theme baby shower favor, and this new design with a baby holding a book fits the theme to a "t"!
A customer recently called us asking if we had any artwork with both a baby and a book together to fit the ever-popular library theme baby shower favor. We considered any baby bookmark design in our catalog to be suitable for a book-themed shower simply because bookmarks match the theme so well on their own!
But at Impressive Inscriptions, we strive to give every customer exactly what they’re looking for, so we created a new bookmark design for this customer, who not only ordered the bookmarks, but also the matching personalized bookplates and note cards, which we printed with the baby shower invitation text.
After we completed the order, we decided this custom-designed bookmark was so cute, it should be added to our catalog. So today we made this design available in three colors in the Baby Shower Favor section of our online store, and we named it Baby’s First Library.

Bookmarks and bookplates are the perfect choice for favors for a book or library themed baby shower. We’ve revamped our popular Baby Shoes design to accommodate the growing trend to have baby shower guests bring a book for baby’s first library.
We’ll print the book labels with text of your choosing, but popular inscriptions include “A book for baby’s first library with love from _________ (guest fills in her name)” or the baby’s name can be substituted.

Spring is “custom bookmark” season

We’ve been busy the last few weeks with all kinds of bookmark orders for spring events: First Communion, Confirmation, Graduation, Ordination, Wedding, end-of-schoolyear gifts, to name just a few. We thought we’d feature a few of the custom bookmarks we created for our customers. You won’t find these in our catalog; all of these customers used the “Your Design – Custom” order form which allows us to create a design from scratch if the designs in our catalog are not quite right for your needs.
This customer requested a polka dot background in specific colors for these baby shower bookmark favors.
These wedding bookmarks were given to guests in lieu of favors. The wedding took place in Washington D.C. on the weekend of the 2009 Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, so the couple made a donation on behalf of their guests to this worthy cause.
This First Holy Communion photo bookmark was designed using the customer’s photo and requested color scheme.
The event for these keepsake bookmarks was a housewarming. The bookmarks were designed around a photo of a purple rose supplied by the customer.
